OUR PEOPLE

Owen is a Director and insolvency practitioner with R&H Restructuring (Cayman) Ltd. and has been specialising in corporate restructuring, insolvency and turnaround for over 10 years. His focus is an offshore cross-border insolvency and restructuring and is an appointment taking Insolvency Practitioner in both the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.

Owen has extensive experience in successfully delivering and managing a variety of assignments including complex administrations, liquidations and receiverships in a variety of sectors, litigation support and asset-tracing in the UK, US, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Ireland, the Far East, Russia and continental Europe.

Owen is a Chartered Accountant and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He is a member of RISA, the Cayman chapter of INSOL and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
