Charlette is an Associate Director of R&H Trust & Corporate (operating as The R&H Trust Co. Ltd.) and specialises in the provision of registered office and general corporate administration services to corporate clients. The R&H Trust Co. Ltd. is a licenced trust company, owned and operated by Rawlinson & Hunter in the Cayman Islands.

Charlette has extensive experience spanning over 30 years in the financial services industry having worked with a number of well-known reputable Cayman Islands service providers, including two major accounting firms, a law firm and private equity firm. Charlette worked with The R&H Trust Co. Ltd. from August 2001 to 2009. She re-joined the firm in July 2014 after serving 4 years heading up the Premium Client Team in the corporate department of a major Cayman Islands law firm and private equity firm.

Charlette is a fellow member of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK) (FCCA), a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants and a Notary Public in and for the Cayman Islands.
